#**[LAST WEEK’S THEME: CONVENTION](https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/gh1j05/minecraft_biweekly_build_challenge_97_convention/)**
Really loved the shape of this convention center. It’s “easy” to build a square structure and add some detail. Easy as in, you can most likely get away with it if you’ve had a little experience building. While it may not look the greatest, it will almost definitely look passable. However, to use a shape like this requires even more skill, in order for it to look somewhat natural but also look nice at the same time. And you 100% did that here.
Another cool shape, not as intricate and weird as first place, but still not a box! What really made this build stand out was the interior design. I always find that it’s hard to make a large interior section without parts feeling bare or repetitive. Your large convention area was neat to look at because it was full, but also because you chose different colours for different parts, breaking it up. While there’s still some areas a little bare, my eyes don’t go to them immediately because of those colours (which draw my eyes away) and those parts are also well built, so congrats on that!
First off, this build did something we all like: scenery outside of it. Now, although this is just a normal world, I’ll take that any day over a superflat world, mainly because it just looks like it belongs more. Now, to the build, I really liked what you did, even if it was a little smaller than I would have expected. I liked your colour palette. For some reason, granite worked really well here (at least to me) which I wouldn’t have expected, and dark prismarine was a good block to use for some contrast. Finally, while your interior didn’t have too much, I did like the boots everywhere which tied into sock convention. Was an easy and effective way of showing us what your convention was about.
Some village don’t need to be big. And some villages don’t need to have a million things in them. Villages may be quite small in some cases, specializing in only one thing. And that’s what’s happening this week. We’re going to be building villages that mainly grow flowers and turn them into dyes!
So let’s get building!

***Thanks to /u/DrBURG3R for the inspiration for this challenge!***
Build a village which grows flowers. Village must have “factory” where they turn flowers into dye (this doesn’t have to be an enormous structure), an area where they farm the flowers, and one other house.
You can add other aspects to your village as well, you are not restricted to those things.
